Some Old Gestures

I haven't added anything to my blog in over a week. I was out of town. I'll get back to this soon. Until then, enjoy some of my old gesture drawings... if you dare.

Oh, I dare! I liked this stuff the first time I saw it, and I like it now! You are a great talent, sir!

Shane you have a rare gift! Giving such simple lines so much life has got to be a super power or something. Love the expression, the body language, if you will. My favorite is the guy jumping over something. I imagine he was walking down the sidewalk, not paying attention, then something caught his eye, and... GAAHHH! He almost stepped in/on it. Whatever it is, it's not the kind of thing you step in/on. Makes me laugh. Thanks for sharing these Shane. If you post more of your old portfolio stuff, I will come.

Tinker Bell has nothing on that chick in the towel.

Shane, these still do it for me. I have loved your gestures since I first saw them. They have inspired me ever since. I am still pushing in this direction. And the Miss in the towel, I want to marry her. Nevertheless, The child and the father and the Motion and weight of the runner towards the top left. Gimminy!
