Last Friday at my wife's company's softball game, a cute, little 3-year-old in a butterfly shirt came over and asked if I wanted a piece of her candy. She held out a little mint, but I passed.
She said: "If you decide you want one later, then you can just suck it."
If you don't think that's one of the coolest things a kid's ever said, why don't you just go ahead and suck it?

That's hysterical! The things kids come up with... oh man!
I had to force my self to stop laughing so I could comment. You should have given that little kid a dollar.
oh boy!
that's incredible.
I was really shocked to read the name "suck it" but Adrian encouraged me to read on.. I'm sure glad I did. That made my day.
I had a seven year old say something random to me the other day. She said, "When I say 'thank you', what I really mean is 'de nada'." Then, she gave me a sly smile as if to communicate that she was the smartest "bilingual" seven year old to ever walk the face of the earth.
I was always taught not to offer candy to strangers.
